Hereditary Genetic Testing
Knowing your patient’s hereditary cancer risk is critical when it comes to treatment decisions, cancer prevention recommendations, and surveillance guidelines. To see if you qualify for germline genetic testing, please click the link below and fill out the survey. Once you are complete, you will be notified if you meet the germline genetic testing requirements. If you meet the requirements, you can call our office to schedule your genetic testing appointment.
If you are a patient at the South County or the Midtown/Clayton location, please choose Kathryn Klein as your provider. If you are a patient at the North County location, West County or St. Charles location, please choose Danielle Mathis as your provider.
