Understanding your hereditary cancer risk is crucial for making informed treatment decisions, cancer prevention strategies, and surveillance guidelines. After completing the survey, you will be notified if you meet the criteria for germline genetic testing. If you do, you can call our office to schedule your genetic testing appointment.
